Sean Joseph Perkins

Sean Joseph Perkins passed away suddenly on April 11, 2012, at his home in Chico. He leaves behind his parents, William and Katherine Perkins; his sister, Elizabeth Perkins; grandparents, Karen Van Dyke, Maxine Colla, and Russell and Sharlene Perkins; aunts and uncles, Donald (Janine) Perkins, Barbara Perkins, Peter (Eileen) Van Dyke, Diane (Chris) Thurman. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Van Dyke and aunt, Janet Perkins.

Sean grew up in Concord, CA moving to Clearlake in 2003. He was a 2007 graduate of Lower Lake High School, where he was involved in the SERVE Academy and the Academic Decathlon. Sean received his Bachelors of Arts in History from CSU Chico in December, 2011. He enjoyed playing Warhammer 40,000 and computer games. Sean was a remarkable young man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, April 23 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel in Lower Lake. A funeral mass will be held for Sean on Tuesday, April 24 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 11am. A committal service will follow at Lower Lake Cemetery in Lower Lake.
