Barbara Louise Griffiths, 81, joined her Lord and Savior Thursday, June 27, 2013 in Lubbock. She was born January 1, 1932 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Jay and Margaret Tracey. Barbara married the love of her life, Rex Griffiths, September 1, 1950 in Rocky Ford, CO.
She is survived by her children, Margaret and the late Paul Row, W.R. Griffiths, Tracey and Laurie Griffiths and Nancy and Les Walker; 5 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law and granddaughter, Stephanie Griffiths.
A memorial service will be held Monday, July1, 2013 in 1st Baptist Church, Wilson,TX. The family requests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Salvation Army, Lubbock Food Bank or Wilson 1st Baptist Church, or a Church of your choice.
