She married Louis Perry Tucker, September 19, 1953, after forty nine years together; Louis preceded her in death on November 30, 2001. She was also preceded in death by a son, Louis Howard Tucker, December 2001 and by five sisters and one brother.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Latricia Ann Mooney and husband, Jonathan of Plainview, a son, Michael Ray Tucker of Lubbock, three grandchildren, James Robert Mooney of Rockford, Michigan, Kristen DeAnn Mooney of Lubbock and Travis Russell Tucker of Lubbock, two great granddaughters, Keagen Roxanne and Rylee Rene Mooney of Michigan and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 4 pm. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Resthaven’s Mausoleum Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm, Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
