She was born August 29, 1940, in Pawnee, Texas to Eduardo and Avidia Tijerina.
She married Romero Castro, in Spur Texas on January 13, 1965. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, and sister to all. She spent most of her life taking care of others. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. She will always be remembered for her huge hugs.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Romero Castro, her daughters Lupe Jaramillo (Ruben), of Houston, TX, Alice Villarreal (Ruben) of Lubbock, TX, Elida Mae Perez (Ruben) of Lubbock, TX, sons Manuel Castro of Lubbock, TX, Joseph Castro (Jessica) of Lubbock, TX, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, sisters Rebecca Perez, Anita Ortiz of Wilmer, TX, and Antonia Fernandez of Spur, TX, and brother Erasmo Tijerina of Wilmer, TX.
Beatriz is preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, 5 brothers and great grandchild, Devan J. Avera.
