Charles Spencer Taylor, age 72, of Wolfforth, Texas, returned to the Lord on Sunday, May 17, 2015. He was born September 25, 1942 to the late Towns and Della “Dee” Taylor in Amarillo, Texas. After graduating high school, he worked his way through college, earning two Masters’ degrees, at West Texas State College. He married Rosemary Lee on December 06, 1975, in Hart, Texas.
He worked as a Savings and Loan examiner for 30 years before retiring in 2002. Even in retirement, he had multiple on-going projects, including landscaping and tree planting at home. He was a longtime member of the Vandalia Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Della Mae; and brother, Allan Taylor.
He is survived by his loving wife Rosemary; niece, Tanya Norris and her family; Aunt, Annie Carlton; numerous cousins and many close friends he considered family.
