Dan Johnston

On June 13, 1964 he married Eva Ann Kerr. Ann was the love of his life. Together they raised two children Jennifer Ann Carman wife of Randy Carman and Joel Ramsey Johnston. Dan has 3 grandchildren, Caitlynn Ann Carman, Ryan Daniel Carman and Jack Ramsey Carman.

Dan is preceded in death by his father R.S. Johnston and his mother, Annie Ailynn Jackson. Dan is also preceded in death by his brothers, Sam, Bob and Mike and his sister, Mary Will Rector. His sister Nancy Shelley is still living.

Dan was a great worker for Amoco Petroleum in Brownfield, TX for 17 years. Dan and his wife Ann operated 5 clothing stores, The Little Mister Shop, Sugar–N-Spice, Chapter II, Cameo Girl and Danielle’s in Lubbock.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Friday, March 2, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am, Saturday, March 3, 2018 First Presbyterian Church with Elizabeth Abraham and Bob Fields officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
