Humberto attended high school in Ojinaga, Chihuahua where he was born. He Started off as a farmer in his early twenties and later move to Lubbock, Tx to become a master certified welder at Bigham Brothers. He would remain as a welder for most of his life dedicating 45 plus years. He learned how to build his own carports, work sheds and anything else that needed to be built around the house with his own hands.
Humberto Arenivas married Nancy Montańo in Dexter, New Mexico on July 1,1972 and had five children. Humberto had a passion for cooking out every weekend and spending time with his family especially his grandkids ,he also loved to work on cars with his kids. Humberto will always be remembered for the hard-working man. He was the best husband, the best father and the best grandpa there could ever be.
Those left to cherish Humbertos Memories include: his wife Nancy Arenivas, sons, James Arenivas and Andrew Arenivas. Siblings, Lila Garza, Modesto Arenivas and Adalberto Arenivas and Grandchildren: Zoey Arenivas, Hailey Arenivas, Zane Arenivas and Harper Arenivas.
Those preceded in death in death include his parents, Eddie Arenivas and Anthony Arenivas.
Funeral services will be held at Resthaven funeral home. Rosary Sunday 4th, 5-6pm at Resthaven funeral home. The funeral will be held at Our Lady of Grace on Monday at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a memorial donation to Nancy Arenivas. The family would also like to thank everyone for showing respect to Humberto.
