Doris Benita King, 71, passed away Saturday November 29, 2014 in Medina TN. She was born August 19, 1943 in Tennessee to Reyburn and Adren Walker. Doris was the owner/operator of Lubbock Wrecker from the early 1990’s until 2011. She loved fishing and boating, gardening just the outdoors in general. Doris was everybodys “Nana” and loved her family.
Survivors include her daughters, Lynda King and Rene Isenberg; grandchildren, Jon Deeds, Kelly Deeds, Amanda Knipp and husband Phillip, Ashley Isenberg, and Brittaney Taylor; great-grandchildren, Jayden Knipp, Magdalynn Knipp and Layton Isenberg; her second family Scott Brown and wife Traci and their daughter Brandi. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jimmy King and son Jim King.
Funeral services will be Friday December 5, 2014 at 1 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home’s Abbey Chapel followed by interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.resthavenfuneralhome.com
