Dorothy Mae Morton went home to be with her savior on March 13, 2013. Visitation will be Today Friday March 15, 2013 from 5 until 7pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held Saturday March 16, 2013 at 2:00 in Resthaven Memorial Park with Ross Spencer officiating.
Dorothy was born in Grayson County, Texas on Feb. 7, 1925 to the late Otis and Mae (Knight) Nuckels. She was a gentle and loving woman who enjoyed camping and outdoor activities. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and was an excellent cook. She loved the Lord and raised her children to share the same love; she was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
Dorothy was preceded in death by a grandson; Kelly Edwards; 2 brothers, Lawrence Nuckels and Ancel Nuckels.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses; Charles Morton(Cheryl) of Irving, TX, Jimmy Morton(Delores) of Lubbock, TX, Linda Edwards(Jerry) of Lockney, TX; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 sister Betty Berry of Haskell, TX.
