Johnny passed away on Sept 5th.
He was born on March 29, 1964 in Brownfield and for many years was a manager at the Shrimp Galley.
Johnny was deeply loved by his family and leaves many heavy hearts. Survivors include his mother, Moselyn Shoop of Lubbock; his father, Scottie Williams of Abilene; twin sons, John and Mark Williams; a daughter, Cassie Williams; one brother, Roy Owen of Lubbock; one sister, Scottlyn Sapp of Missouri; his nephew and best friend, Jacob Wilhite of Lubbock.
