John was born on June 29, 1928 in O’Donnell, Texas to Nahum Saleh and Arslie Saleh
He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law. Following his Honorable Discharge from the army, Saleh established a law firm with his brother Sam in Lamesa, Texas in 1958 where he practiced law for nearly 50 years retiring in 2008.
John Saleh was an active lifetime member of the Roman Catholic Church.
In keeping with Mr. Saleh’s specific wishes, a private inurnment and memorial service are to be conducted at a later date.
He is survived by his brother, Attorney Sam Saleh and his wife Sylvia; Niece, Attorney Ann-Marie Saleh Carruth and her husband Kyle; and one great nephew William Thatcher Saleh Carruth.
