Judy Kay Dempsey

Judy Kay Dempsey passed away August 25, 2019 in Lubbock, Texas. Judy was born October 19, 1953 to Carl & Dorothy Rackler. Judy was a 1972 graduate of Frenship High School where she enjoyed learning about her favorite hobby, art. Judy married the love of her life, Gary Dempsey on December 31, 1988. Judy spent the majority of her career working for Shallowater Independent School District as an aide for special education. She retired from SISD in 2018 after 15 wonderful years of service.

Judy is survived by her husband; Gary, two daughters; Jennifer and Alyssa, both of Lubbock, one son; Chance of Shallowater, and one sister; Wanda Randolph of Wolfforth.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Carl & Dorothy Rackler and two sisters, Carlene Reams and Sandra Putz.
