Layton Margaret Bibb

Our precious angel, Layton Margaret Bibb, was born late on Sunday, May 29, 2016 and passed away in her mother’s arms in the early morning hours of Monday, May 30, 2016. Layton Margaret affirmed God’s love through her determined survival of her prenatal illness in order that she could profoundly touch our lives in her few hours of life after birth.

Layton Margaret is survived by her loving parents Cate and Brad Bibb of Lubbock and two siblings: Carson and Logan, her twin brother. Her grandparents are Janey and Mack Bibb and Robin and Ben Lock, all of Lubbock. Layton Margaret was anticipated and loved by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins including Brenna Bibb; Marla and Brian Bibb and their children Jentry, Raegan, and Owen; and Alison and Jeremy Schwartz and their son Campbell. Many other family members and friends have prayed for the best for Layton and Logan over these months and their faithfulness has absolutely been rewarded.

The family wishes to whole-heartedly thank Dr. Roxane Holt, Dr. Ammar Dhari, Dr. Dana Phillips, Dr. Joy Brooks, and a host of UMC health care professionals for their unfailing care, concern and comfort during this long journey.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 1411 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas.
