Katheryn Muse, 89, of Lubbock, TX passed away April 28, 2015. She was born in Roe, Arkansas on July 22, 1925. Katheryn married the love of her life Carl Muse (Buck) on June 28, 1925. She was a housewife and a member of Lubbock SDA Church, she had a passion for cooking, especially baking bread, and loving on the babies.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Muse; her children, Tommy Muse, Betty Johnson, Dennis Muse, Joe Muse, and Judy Short; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Louise Wright and Jean Huff of Amarillo, Vivian Davis of Georgia, and Josaphine Green of Louisiana.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2015 at Resthaven Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will held at 3:30 p.m. in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home.
