Nancy Elizabeth Serrano was born on December 14, 1954 in Germany, the second child of James and Noreen MacDougal. She enjoyed life to the very fullest until her death on December 4, 2012 as a result of Lung Cancer. She was the wife of Danny Serrano, mother to Starr; mother-in-law to Jason Nalley; and most awesome grandmother to Blaze and Daniel Nalley. Nancy and Danny have been together for 45 years. At Dupree Elementry Nancy had been a teacher for the past ten years. She has always loved children and was a blessing to so many. Nancy is leaving behind several several brothers and sisters; family members, and countless frreinds. Memorial Services will be on Saturday December 8, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home. Those wishing to honor Nancy are encouraged to bring a balloon with a message to send up after the memorial service.
