Patsy LaRue was born on November 23, 1936 to Joe and Martha Leake, in Garza County, Texas. On March 21, 1953, Patsy married the love of her life, Roscoe in Lubbock, Texas. She was a manicurist and pedicurist.Survivors include her daughter, Scorpie White and husband, Doug; grandson, Wako Ky Frazier and wife, Kasey; great-granddaughter, KyLeah Frazier; 2 grand dogs; siblings, Katy Maxcy and husband, Jack; Joe Bob Leake and wife, Donna; David Leake and wife, Carmie; and sister-in-law, Pat Leake. Patsy carried a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe F. and Martha Ann Leake; husband, James Roscoe Fowler; and brother, Jackie Leake.
