Rebecca Frances Doty, 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 3, 2013. Funeral services are planned for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Shadow Hills Baptist Church of Lubbock, Texas. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Resthaven on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.
Frances was born December 21, 1927 in Plainview, Texas to Earl and Maud Stambaugh. Frances married Kelton Doty from Sudan, Texas on May 1, 1953. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, two sisters, and three brothers.
Frances is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Caballero and husband Antonio of Shallowater, and Jan Doty of Shallowater, Texas; Two Grandchildren, Jason L. Seward and wife Corianna Seward of Lubbock, and Natalie Caballero; two great grandchildren.
