Born on July 11, 1963, in Friona, Texas, Rebecca was the daughter of Glendel Day Jones and Patricia Kay Fallwell. She spent her early years in the Texas Panhandle before moving to Lubbock, where she graduated from Coronado High School in 1981. Following high school, she pursued higher education at Texas Tech University.
Rebecca dedicated much of her life to teaching and found deep fulfillment in working with children who had special needs. Her compassion and commitment left a lasting impact on those she taught and supported throughout her career.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Kersten, who was her only child.
