Scott Zapalac passed away Saturday July 28, 2012. He was born December 16, 1957 in San Antonio Texas to George and Ellouise Zapalac. Scott graduated from Sharpstown High School in Houston; Harding University, and the University of Houston and received his masters from University of Texas.
Scott worked in medical missions touching lives in Africa, Central and South America and Eastern Europe and was President of Olive Branch Ministries International.
Scott is survived by his wife Dr. Patti Patterson, Parents George & Ellouise Zapalac and sister Pam Zapalac. Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Monterey Church of Christ. Contributions may be made to Olive Branch Ministries International, 5802 Gibbs Hollow Cove, Austin, TX 78730
As a result of Scott’s work, babies are alive due to clean water; children are no longer living on the streets; and thousands have learned of the love of God and His power to heal our deepest pains.
