Shirley Ann Ross died peacefully at Raider Ranch on October 22, 2015 n Lubbock TX at the age of 75. Shirley is survived by her husband John P. Ross of Lubbock, TX her son and daughter-in-law Brandon and Misty Ross of Lubbock, grandchildren Kim, Emily, and Jade, her sister and husband Patsy and David Sharbutt of Lubbock, TX and family.
Shirley was born June 6, 1940 in Durant, Oklahoma to John J Studdard and Velia Allen. She graduated from Frank Phillips Jr. College in Borger, TX with an associate’s degree. She married John P Ross on August 25, 10970. Shirley retired from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center as an Executive Associate to Dean, and worked previously for T.N. M. & O coaches in accounting, where she met John.
