Men wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him.
Terry went home to be with the Lord on January 22nd, at the age of 40 after a long fought battle.
Terry was born in Lubbock, Texas on March 17, 1977.
He graduated from Monterey High School in 1995, and he was an active football player throughout his high school career.
Terry found his passion in protecting and serving by being a jailer at the Tahoka jail.
He decided to further his career as a Peace Officer in 2007.
After eleven years his service ended as Sergeant for the Abernathy Police Department.
His hobbies included hunting, fishing, shooting guns, catchin' the bad guys, and wrestling.
But most of all he loved spending time with his son Wyatt who was his, “mini -me”.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving family and an abundance of friends.
The family will receive loved ones and friends on January 26th from 6-8pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Terry Edge will be at 2 pm at the Abbey Chapel - Resthaven Funeral Home with Terry Rawls officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
