

Mrs. Reynolds was born on August 17,1933 in Crow, Texas, to Jessie McGuire Holmes and Barney Holmes, Sr. She married Hugh Hutchens Reynolds and together raised three children. Mr. Reynolds died in 2009.
Mrs. Reynolds was an LVN and Medical Records Librarian at Root Memorial Hospital in Colorado City. She later worked as a Medical Records Librarian at Big Spring State Hospital. She owned “Handmade’n,” a craft store in Big Spring. She was a homemaker and an accomplished seamstress and quilter.
Mrs Reynolds is survived by her sons, Richard (Vicki) Reynolds of Stephenville, Rex(Cheryl) Reynolds of Lubbock and Mark(Jan) Reynolds of Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Meghan Reynolds, of Wylie, Jon(K’Lynn) Reynolds of Round Rock, Harrison Reynolds of Burbank, California, Christopher Reynolds of Lubbock, and Kait Reynolds(Michael Wharton) of Austin.
Great-grandchildren include, Travis Weiland, of Greeley, Colorado and River, Tilian and Olivia Reynolds, of Round Rock.
Mrs. Reynolds was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She was an active participant in Exodus Prison Ministry, which she considered her most impactful contribution to society.
Private services will be held at Resthaven, with Pastor Adam Pardue officiating. Memorials to Highland Baptist Church or Exodus Prison Ministry, are suggested.
