Thomas Riley was born on March 4, 1998 to Kelly Plasker and Jon Locke in San Antonio, Texas. Thomas was always a very loving young man who deeply cared for his friends, family, or a stranger in need of care. Although school was not a big priority, his high level of intelligence was undeniable.Survivors include his mother, Kelly Plasker; step-father, Brandon Jones; father, Jon Locke and wife, Amy; siblings, Bailey and Spencer Jones; Madison Locke Chester and husband; Troy, Sydney, Kirsten, and Cooper Locke; aunt, Kristin Plasker; maternal grandfather, Alvis Plasker; maternal grandmother, Deborah Williamson and husband, Richard; paternal grandparents, Billy and Dorothy Locke; Thomas is also survived by his faithful companion, Church an Alaskan husky mix.
