Wanda Jean Hollednack

Wanda Jean Hollednack 82, of Shallowater finished her race on July 26, 2013 surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Monday July 29, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday July 30, 2013 at10:00am at First Baptist Church of Shallowater with burial to follow in Terry County Memorial Cemetery Brownfield, TX.

Wanda Jean was born on May 22, 1931 in Kaufman County, TX to the late Hubert Russell and Aleta (Moore) Hare. Wanda had a loving personality, and never met a stranger. Wanda loved being involved in the senior center and square dancing. Her love for fashion led her into a career of Cosmetology which she enjoyed very much. Wanda was an active member of First Baptist Church of Shallowater where she sang in the choir and assisted with Sunday school.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Hare, and a stepdaughter, Judy. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Thomas Hollednack; her children Cynthia Blazer(David) of Houston, TX; Russ Burran(Sharon) of Bridgeport, TX; and Deborah Griffin of Roswell, NM; step- children Tommie Jo Reeser, Paul Hollednack, Tari Lee all of Lovington,NM;16 grandchildren; numerous great grand children, other relatives and friends.
