William “Bill” Harding Woodell, 92, passed away Tuesday, December 31, in Lubbock, Texas. Bill was born March 13, 1921, to Oliver and IdaBelle. He lived most of his life in Lubbock and was the owner of Bill Woodell Roofing. His wife, Alice, preceded him in death in 1979. He is survived by his son, Jimmie, of Lubbock, his daughter, Betty “BJ” King, of Oklahoma City, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service at 3:30, Saturday, January 4 at Resthaven Cemetery in Lubbock. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Hospice of Lubbock.
