Arlene Deuso

Arlene B. Deuso, 89 passed away Saturday June 15, 2013 following a brief illness. She was born in Stowe, Vt Sept. 17, 1923 the daughter of Bernie and Freda (Whittemore) George and attended schools there.

Arlene lived her whole life in Vermont, making her home in Stowe, Widsor, Eden and Ludlow. She loved spending time at the family camp in Craftsbury. She most recently resided at the Davis Home in Windsor.

Arlene was widowed three times in her life by Thomas Douglass, John Craig and Lloyd Deuso. She was predeceased by a brother Arnold George, her sister Elaine Gerard, also two sons, Gerald Douglass and Brian Douglass.

She is survived by one son, Charles “Chuck” Craig and leaves behind many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Family and friends may call at the Adams Funeral Home, 12 Meadow St. Ludlow on Thursday June 20, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Arlene will be laid to rest in the Eden Corner’s Cemetery, Eden at a late date.
