Mr. Beall was born January 4, 1937 in Lumberton to Ernest Beall and Josie Crocker Beall. Mr. Beall was a retired Chief Petty Officer (Hospital Corpsman) in the United States Navy with 20 years of service. He served aboard the USS Bryce Canyon; USS Barney DDG6; among other sea duty billets. He was a retired administrator at Lumberton Citizens Hospital and ulitmately retired from Forrest General Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Lumberton and had served on the Board of Directors of the former Bank of Mississppi. He was an avid golfer and accomplished golfer, even into his later years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Douglas Beall and Ronnie Beall.
Family members include his wife of 59 years, Sue Ann Beall; two children, Lori Lowe and her husband, Clifford, Jr. of Foxworth, MS, Howard Franklin Beall, Jr. of Purvis, MS; six grandchildren, Jeff Lowe, Carley (J.T.) Haynes, Seth Beall, Thomas Beall, Luke Beall, and Gabe Beall; three great grandchildren, Hailee Haynes, Reagan Haynes, and Easton Haynes.
Graveside funeral services will be in George Beall Cemetery, 1 Richard Seals Rd, Lumberton, MS, 39455 with full military honors on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 1:30 pm. Rev. John Sapp will officiate the service. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday at White Funeral Home, 102 N 1st St, Lumberton.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Lowe, Seth Beall, Luke Beall, Gabe Beall, Sherman Davis, Clifford Lowe, Jr., J.T. Haynes, and Roger Beall.
