Annie Towery Link

Annie Towery Link, 84 of Lynchburg, wife of Thomas L. Link, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 She was born on May 31, 1935 in Chester, SC. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maggie H. Sharpe; 2 sons, Frankie Lovelace and John Ware; a daughter, Patsy Vinckovich as well as 2 brothers. In addition to her husband, Annie is survived by 3 daughters, Sherry D. Heavner (Ray), Lisa Moore, and Cathy Case (Frank); 3 sons, Bobby Towery, Charles Ware and Tim Towery (Mandy) and a step-son, Tim Link (Tammy); a sister, Beulah Trimble; a brother, Clarence Sharpe; 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Dr. Derik Hamby officiating. The family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
