He was born on March 4, 1926, in Dobbs Ferry, NY, a son of the late Madeline W. Lee and Arthur J. Lee, Sr. He was a US Army veteran having served during WWII. He retired as a meat cutter from King Kullen in Bellmore, NY. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, John P. Lee, of Lynchburg.
Along with his wife Jean, Arthur is survived by his two daughters: Mary Anne Lee, of Lynchburg, and Frances L. Molinari, of Babylon, NY; his granddaughter: Michelle Petty, of Plymouth, MA; his grandson: James P. Molinari, of S. Setauket, NY; and one great-granddaughter: Autumn Rose Molinari; his three sisters: Madeline Lee, Cassie Bazar, and Patricia Lee, all of NY.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with a Rosary Service at 7:30 pm.
