Born July 7, 1954, in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. Snow and is survived by her mother, Doris Fridley Snow, who Barbara spent her time taking care of.
Survivors also include her daughter, Donna Stollar, and husband, William, of Fountain, Colo.; a son, Joel Whiting, of Colonial Heights; two brothers, Robert H. Snow Jr., of Kings Mountain, N.C., and Charles D. Snow and wife, Donna, of Goode; two sisters, Carolyn L. Cline, of Petersburg, and Betty J. Snow, of Lynchburg; three grandchildren, Ariel, Thomas and Danica; and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at other times at the residence of her sister, Betty Snow. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, by the Rev. Michael Dodson Jr.
