She was born in Lynchburg on March 29, 1955. Her mother, Vernelle E. Williams preceded her in death.
Brenda was a member of Rock Solid Motorcycle Ministries and retired from Lynchburg City Schools. She loved her church and reading the bible. Her favorite times were being at the beach, enjoying the outdoors but especially spending time with her family.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Roy A. Breeden; a daughter and her husband, Sue and Johnny Thornhill; two sisters, Cathy Powell and Linda Cooper (John) and her furry grandchildren, Melbones, Action Jackson, Tommy Toes, Tinker and Winston.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Central Virginia Regional Rescue, PO Box 2172, Forest, VA 24155.
