Dennis Wayne "PaPa D" Hall

Born on May 6, 1961 in Lynchburg, he was the son of Joyce Layne Hall and the late Carroll V. Hall.

Dennis was a mechanic for many years at Glenn Trent, Allen’s Ammco, and Cooks Automotive.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his sister, Carole Marie Rusher and husband Craig; two sons, Nick Crickenberger and wife Cynthia and Jeff Crickenberger and wife Christal; four grandchildren, Titus Crickenberger, Jasmine Mann, Cole Crickenberger, and Owen Crickenberger; three nephews, Jarrett, Kyle, and Austin Rusher; and a host of cousins, friends, and other relatives.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1 pm on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Salem United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the residence of Joyce Hall, 471 Nickland Dr., Evington.
