Dorothy Hinton Hedding

Born November 25, 1937 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late David Atchinson Hinton and Edna Callaghan Hinton. She was a retired Librarian with Liberty University and was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hedding is survived by her daughter, Vicki Toews and husband Ken of Forest; her son, Edward L. Hedding and wife Diane of Princeton, IA; a brother, David V. Hinton of Turtle Creek, PA; six grandchildren, Joshua Hedding, Bethany H. Kime and husband Curtis, Daniel Hedding, Derek Toews, Rayna T. Brandt and husband Tim, and Jaclyn Toews and two great grandchildren, Christopher Kime and Mikhail Brandt.

A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. (noon), Friday, June 12, 2015 at Pate Chapel of Thomas Road Baptist Church with Pastor Jonathan Falwell officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Friday, prior to the service, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
