Born December 2, 1922 in Hartfield, Virginia she was a daughter of the late Wallace Edward Wood and Stella Virginia Christopher Wood.
Mrs. Bubnack retired as a nurse after 40 years and was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Maryann B. Martin; grandchildren, Sally Virginia Hinkle, Whitney Leighan Creamer, Michael, Mark, and Kristin Miller; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Emily Hinkle, Zachary and R.J. Thompson.
