She was born in Lynchburg on November 2, 1935, daughter of the late James A. Bomar and the late Elizabeth F. Bomar.
Faye was a member of Langhorne Chapel Community Church and was retired from General Electric Corporation after 31 years. She loved to go camping in the RV and go bowling.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Steven Andrusky and three brothers, Hale Farris Bomar, Melford Bomar, and Buddy Bomar.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Clarence J. Thomas, Jr.; two children, David Andrusky and wife Angie and Kathy A. Jordan and husband Lawson; four step-children, James R. Thomas, Mildred T. Goodman, John Thomas and wife Melissa and Jacob Thomas. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and her canine love, Boo.
