I met Jon in 1976 when I lived in Norfolk and he was getting ready to move to Richmond .  We kept in touch and after a few years he moved back to Norfolk and we shared many good times

Jon was one of the nicest person I have ever met and would give you the shirt off his back.  He was genuine and very real and he is so missed.  

He is with God now and my deepest condolences to his family and other friends.

It seems like only yesterday we were in Madison eating Cheese and drinking an Old Fashion.   I really miss having my Conscience and having "feelings".   You were a very dear and true friend.  Just yesterday I was eating some Cheese Curds from Brunkow and thinking of you.   
God blessed us with  the time we shared.

Thanks for all the rides to school and all the fun my old friend. 

 Since 2000,  I was a  neighbor  of Jon's . He was one of the original owners and a good neighbor .  He was always pleasant and interested in the goings-on of the condo. association , usually serving  as an officer on the Board .  He often shared his life and I remember  how sad he was when his mother died unexpectedly .  His little dog , Jill , was a joy who never stopped running , from the moment she came out until Jon took her inside .                                                                                                           Jon will be missed , especially at the mailboxes where he often held court . All the originals have moved on one way or another  , Jon will be in good company .  

Thanks Jon for sharing many tappas and glasses of wine.  We had a good run and many great memories in Spain and here. 

So sad to hear this.  I worked with Jon at Clark Nexsen for several years.  He was a kind, sweet man that always had time to listen, share a laugh or tell a story.  He will be missed.  My condolences to Andy, Stephen and the rest of the family.  

My heart goes out to his father Andy and his brother Steve and his wife Susan.  I met Jon in 1972 when I live in Ghent.  His bright personality and laughter was contagious and he will be so very missed.  

Saddened and shocked to hear the news on Jon.  He was a brilliant guy. Lots of good memories over the years. Hi to the family.
