Judith Eve Gilchrist, 69, of Lynchburg, passed away, Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at her residence. Born July 6, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Neil Robert Gilchrist, Sr. and the late Meriam Wilhemina Hammer Gilchrist.
Judith was a former administrator for Workman Oil Company. She also retired from the Social Services Department of Campbell County.
In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her brother, Neil Robert Gilchrist, Jr.
Judith is survived by her sister, Kathleen Yansick (Albert) of Riverton, NJ; three nephews, Joseph Yansick (Linda), Michael Yansick (Bernadette) and Adam Yansick (Kathleen); and many coworkers and friends.
