Lois Brooks Simmons Tyree, 83, of Lynchburg went home to be with her Lord and Savior January 19, 2013.
She is survived by three children, Robert Simmons (Sharon) of Rustburg, Gloria Bradley of Gladys and Darin Tyree (Birgit) of Lynchburg; one sister, Claudette Brooks of Rustburg; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 nephews and one niece.
She was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
