Born March 9, 1933 in Rowland, N.C. she was the daughter of the late Warren Albert and Melinda Rogers Bowen.
Mrs. Radford was a retired nurse with Lynchburg General Hospital.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her son Darryl Wayne Stump of Forest and other relatives in N.C.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 25,2011 in Fort Hill Memorial Park by the Rev. Wayne Lanham.
