Mark Anthony Bruce

Mark Anthony Bruce, age 49, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014. Born in Keyser, West Virginia on February 23, 1965, he was the son of the late William and Esther Bruce of Keyser.

Surviving is his wife of 13 years, Tana Clifford-Bruce, his daughter Aundrea Bruce and step-son, Tyeme Clifford. In addition, surviving family members include brothers Michael Bruce and wife Jean, Matthew Bruce and wife Regina, Maurice Bruce and wife April, Mitchell Bruce and wife Brenadette. Surviving sisters include Julia Bruce-Martin and husband Joe and Jill Bruce-Clark and husband Edward. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews along with a host of family members and friends.

Mark was a member of Blue Ridge Community Church in Forest, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 5, 2014, at Blue Ridge Community Church located at 2361 New London Road, Forest, VA 24551 with Pastor Eric Koontz and Pastor Victor Cortez officiating.

The family will receive friends, 6-8 p.m., Thursday, September 4, 2014, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, 7404 Timberlake Rd., Lynchburg, VA 24502.
