Paul was born in Boston, MA, June 30, 1966. He attended Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH and Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts.
As a young man growing up in Boston, Paul developed many loves. He was an avid sports fan and devoted Red Sox and Patriots supporter. He was also very passionate about music. He loved all genres of music and took great pride in his music collection. As much as he loved his music, he loved his toys of the automotive variety as well. Paul also cultivated his love of food early in his life while working in the kitchen at the Lakeview Inn with his family. By far, Paul’s greatest love were his family and friends. He met his great love, Cathy McGinley in the seventh grade the hallway of Kingswood Regional High School. Over a period of twenty years, the close friends eventually became devoted partners in matrimony, having wed on June 5, 1999. Paul’s life was abundantly blessed with two wonderful children, Paul Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Muriel. He also found great joy and fulfillment in his close personal friendships that he made during his travels.
