Richard Charles Hart, 68, of Rustburg, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. He was the loving husband of Carolyn Dalton Hart.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and staff of Lynchburg Health and Rehab for their compassionate care and friendship during Richard's illness.
There will be no formal service at this time.
