The most precious memory of my brother Richard is how he cared and loved people. I used to pick him up at the bus station in lynchburg. He could not drive because he was blind. Everyone knew him. They would come and tell me how he helped them and told them about how much Jesus loves them.. He had such a love for Jesus and wanted people to know about Him. I know he has a beautiful crown in heaven.

He sung the song The Lighthouse to one of the caregivers at Runk & Pratt Assisted Living on the day he died. He was a witness to Jesus' plan of salvation to the end. We all will miss you. Love you Richard.

Richard was a great big brother! he always looked out for us when we were young and all the way up until he went home to be with Jesus. I have a lot of precious memories spending time with him going out to eat. He loved Country Cooking! I spent a lot of time with him while he was at Runk & Pratt he loved going outside feeling the breeze and sunshine and listening to the birds. It is a blessing knowing he's in heaven walking and seeing and no more pain!


I remember when he ate in INDIANA and could not find his snappy's
he was very upset.
