Robert Randolph Harris

Robert Randolph Harris, 75, of Lynchburg passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the husband of Patricia Kiser Harris. Born November 25, 1943, in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Alma Coates Dawson Sloan. Robert was a retired self-employed residential house painter for his company Showhouse Decorators. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Scott. In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his children Wendy Campbell of Lovingston, Robert R. Harris, Jr. of Virginia, Tara Wass of Lynchburg, Jason A.C. Harris (Kim) of Rustburg and Robert Travis Harris (Brooke) of Monroe; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Goff (Robert) of Lynchburg and Brandi Robinson of Lynchburg; one sister, Kitty Margolis of Lynchburg; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and other loving family members and friends. There will be no services at the funeral home, yet the family will receive friends and family at the residence 4-8 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019.
