Clifford Arthur Winkley Jr. was born on October 2, 1958, in Beloit, Wisconsin to parents Clifford Arthur Winkley Sr. and Shirley Mae Riemer and entered into eternal rest on June 11, 2018, at the age of 59. Clifford graduated from Delavan-Darian High School of Delavan, Wisconsin. Clifford moved to Texas in 1984 & had his only child Paige Winkley-Hebel in 1995. She would be his little peanut & he was always sure to tell her how proud he was of her. For 30+ years Clifford was not only an employee but was part of the GTM Plastics family in Garland, TX as a Maintenance Supervisor. Clifford was very charismatic and funny. He was a very good friend and loved watching his Minnesota Vikings. Clifford enjoyed being outdoors; hunting, fishing, golfing and camping. He was a professional skeet shooter and loved all kinds of water sports like being on his jet ski at the lake. Clifford was an amazing father, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard Greig.
He is survived by his daughter Paige Hebel and husband Dalton of Gun Barrel City, sister Cindy Moehling and husband Glen of Elkhorn, WI, brother Robert Winkley and wife Marilyn of Milwaukee, WI, brother William Greig and wife Janet of Hernando, FL, nephew Nick Moehling and wife Betsy and great-niece Madalyn, niece Samantha Moehling, other loving family members and many more friends.
