Gabriel Gordon Develle

Gabriel Gordon Develle was born on June 25, 1946 in New York City. He entered into eternal rest on May 6, 2023. Gabriel was an avid Yankees Fan. If he had a perfect day it would be spent at the Yankee stadium watching and cheering on the team. He was a doting husband and father. He married his loving wife Betty Develle on May 5, 1973 and shared 50 wonderful years together. In his spare time he collected coins and enjoyed a good novel or sitting in the backyard at night gazing at the stars. He often spent mornings watching the birds outside his home. His family often described him as mischievous, but loved listening to his stories from his youth. He was a founding member of the Tree of Life Lutheran church in Garland TX. He proudly served this country in the U.S Air Force. He worked for an oil industry as a computer programmer. Gabriel will be truly missed by all those that knew him.

Gabriel Develle is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Betty Develle; daughter, Catherine Zabriskie; grandson, Trenton Zabriskie, and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel and Mary Develle.

A visitation will be held at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home on Thursday 11, 2023 for any of those that would like to stop by and pay their respects.
