James Edward Boone

James Edward Boone was born to parents Willie and Betty Adams on October 18, 1973. He entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2021. James loved the Lord and you could see that in the way he lived his daily life. James was a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was an all around good guy and went out of his way to help anyone he could. James was a member of Big Rock Community Baptist Church and enjoyed fellowship with other believers and serving in any capacity he was needed. He loved to play the piano and worship with his church family. James was a also huge Dallas Cowboys fan, anytime they played you knew you could find him cheering his team on. James was known as "Sweet Talk James" and "Mr. Hood". Every year on his birthday his sister, Sherrie, would call him on the phone and sing "Happy Birthday Mr. Hood". James loved to Barbeque with his cousin Carl, in his free time he enjoyed fishing and always enjoyed spending time with his family. James was a kind and loving man and he will be truly missed by so many.

James is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Betty Adams; brother, Tebby Boone. He is survived by his sister, Sherrie Fobbs and husband Odis; brothers, Serlester Boone, Carl Adams. James also leaves behind his nieces, nephews, cousins, other loved ones and lifelong friends.
