Ninian Glenn Snelgrove “Glenn”, age 74, of Kemp, TX passed away at his home after a long illness, surrounded by his loved ones on February 7, 2025. He was born on September 20, 1950, in Dallas, TX, to parents Emmett Cecil and Estelle Maurine Snelgrove. He graduated from H. Grady Spruce High School in 1968. Glenn served several years in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked in the flooring business for many years before retiring from Richardson ISD after 27 years.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 56 years, Darla Snelgrove; their son, Ninian “Greg” Snelgrove, and his wife, Trisha; grandsons, Ninian Snelgrove and Kyle Kimberling, and his wife, Kristina; and their mother, Sheila Snelgrove. He is also survived by his great-granddaughters, Charli and Karter; his brothers, Cecil Wayne Snelgrove and his wife, Jo Ann; Edwin Lee Snelgrove; and Malcolm Eugene Snelgrove and his wife, Nelda; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett Cecil and Estelle Maurine Snelgrove; and his uncle, Rodger Dale McDonald.
Celebration of Life details will be announced at a later date.
