

Shirley Ann Stovall was born on February 3, 1934 in Dallas, Texas to parents Raymond D. and Viola (Stanfield) Lewis and entered into eternal rest on February 26, 2019 at the age of 85. Shirley graduated from North Mesquite High School. She worked for Home Interiors and Gifts, climbing to the Gold Level. Shirley also worked as a Certified Nurse Aide for many years. She was very outgoing, a social butterfly. Shirley enjoyed dancing, loved to decorate and work in her yard. She enjoyed entertaining, being the hostess and was always so generous. Shirley was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was an amazing lady, who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, son Ricky Riggs, son-in-law Joe Kirkpatrick, brother Richard Lewis and sister Pearl Williams.
She is survived by her daughter Robbie Kirkpatrick of Eustace, daughter Becky Jones and husband Johnny Jones of Gun Barrel City, son Shane Stovall of Canton, grandson Bryan Kirkpatrick of Eustace, granddaughter Lori Adams of Eustace, grandson Kyle Kirkpatrick of Eustace, grandson Casey Jones and wife Jennifer of Gun Barrel City, granddaughter Dana Hughey and husband Dustin of Gun Barrel City, granddaughter Sage Stovall of Canton, 10 great-grandchildren, brother Roy Lewis, companion Don Stovall of Kemp, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
