Terry was born December 11, 1954 in Coden, Alabama, to Billy Ray and Betty, but raised in Texas one month after birth. He went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He was a faithful member of Speak Life Sunday/Faith at Work. He loved to volunteer for the food ministry immediately following church and served as often as his health allowed. He loved everyone at Speak Life. Besides serving the Lord, he loved to fish and create wood burning art to give as gifts.
